What is an Attraction Affiliate license?
Under “The agreement” you may be able to use the Attraction Industries look, feel, images, & registered marks as your own.

Who is a license best suited for?
Our business consists of professionals in the design, print, and media fields; from logo designers, Illustrators, photographers, and web developers, to start-up consultants, and intellectual property specialist to name a few.

This license is best suited for design professionals that want to start a business of their own but don’t want to go through all the steps involved. They would like to leverage the presence of an established company and avoid the pitfalls that are the doom to many new ventures.

What do I get under the Attraction Affiliate license?
Depending on which license option you purchase; some if the items you will receive are: The right to use the Attraction logos, marks, copyrighted images, and other systems as your own. These IP elements can cost tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars to secure.

Printed promotional goods with your name “Affiliate” Also the Attraction “Swag pack” consisting of

    How do get started?
    The first step is to contact us here. Let us know you are interested in our Affiliate License. Send us
    a link to your online portfolio. Then pray to the gods for an approval. It actually is not all that hard to
    get approval. But due to the fact that we LOVE our clients we must make sure that you understand,
    and are able to adhere to our policies and procedures. There is a review and interview process to
    determine eligibility.

    Are your policies and procedures strict.
    In one word…Yes

    What are the strict policies, can I lose my license:
    Yes you can. 3 Strikes rule…

  • (1st customer complaint) an Attraction Agent will look into the problems to help find and remedy the cause.
  • (2nd Customer complaint) Further looking into the problem. A written warning to Attraction Affiliate.
  • (3rd complaint) loss of your license to operate as an Attraction Affiliate. Customers are THAT important.
  • NO REFUNDS….We are not Walmart. Perform your due diligence and ask questions before you purchase. There is No rush...Ever.
    Unless you have written approval from Attraction Industries.com All printing must go through an Attraction approved vendor or AttractionIndustries.com/interfirm (this is one way to keep high quality goods and acceptable profit margins.) See List. Get on the list. Don’t break any laws.

    What is the difference between a franchise and a license?
    Not Much. Here is our take on that answer. After speaking with multiple attorneys for our conclusion; franchises cost more to set up ($25-$30K) that cost gets passed on to the (you). Franchises are more rigid. Not so great for us designers.

    What if I already own a business of my own with a name, bank account and logo?
    You may still be able to benefit from an Attraction Affiliate license. Not only does a license get you lots of sweet designs to use as your own, it allows you to use the Attraction marks as a quality guarantee, symbol of excellence; one of our key strengths and recognized attributes.

    But if I have a name and website why would Attraction advertise my site and bio?
    Because we are not greedy b@stards. We learned from our parents that sharing can be a benefit to all parties. This has proved successful for generations. Besides, plugging your existing or new business is kinda what we do. Whether you are an air conditioning company or design firm.

    I want to start a T-Shirt company, How can this license help me?
    If you are already an established apparel company with a registered mark and the other necessary ingredients. Then this license may not be best for you. However if you need some fresh designs, or if you are just in the early stages of your start-up, an Attraction Affiliate license may be just what is needed. It allows you to sell your printed apparel with the protection of a registered clothing brand.

    This may help you from infringing on other’s marks.

    What about all the clients I service, if I choose to not renew my license does Attraction keep all my clients?
    Never! Your clients are your clients. Even if you decide to use your own name, every client you service is your client.

    What info do you gather from the clients I service?
    None, unless you provide it, or the client contacts the corporate office. We do however have a strict proofing policy that requires an Attraction agent to approve some client designs. This is one way to guarantee a name known for exceptional offerings.

    What are you looking for when you proof a design?
    Lots of things. But don’t worry most of it is stuff you already know. Things like composition, aesthetics, and bling. This is not to say that our designers need their hand held. With the many years we have in this industry, even the best usually prefers a colleagues’ “last glance”. It’s always nice to have an extra set of eyes look at a project before it is submitted to a client. This benefits everyone in the long run.

    Do my new clients make checks payable to Attraction Industries? How do I handle the cash and credit transactions?
    Attraction Industries, Inc. is not involved in the money you collect. Once you are approved for
    a license you may consider opening a bank account with your name DBA (doing business as)
    Attraction. Then checks can be made payable to that name. Setting up a Paypal merchant account is
    also a good way to process payments.

    Q: What about taxes? Does Attraction pay them?
    The Attraction Affiliate license is simply that. A license. The holder is responsible for all applicable state, federal and any and all other applicable taxes.

    So once I get a license…What next.
    Congratulations are in order! Your skills and abilities are now being put to work. Once the process is complete you should be up to speed on the Attraction Affiliate policies and procedures, you’ll have your bag of goodness (graphics), and your bio will be placed on our website under “Contact us” complete with your contact details as Attraction Affiliate.

    Do you guys send me work or do I need to get it myself?
    Both. It will become your task to spread the word. That is what all those cool designs and flyers are for. Good word of mouth spreads fast. We also pass the web and telephone inquiries to appropriate affiliates based off of location, and services needed, in addition to clients being able to contact you directly from our website.

    How much will I make?
    There is not an easy answer for that. Other than it depends on your amount of dedication, persistence, and follow through. Just because you receive an Attraction Affiliate license does not mean the work is over. On the contrary, it has only begun. Under the 1st Attraction license a 46 month total gross monthly average of $4600.00 was reported. During the testing period 2008 the first Attraction storefront facility reported an average of over $9000.00 per month. Results may vary and are not-typical.

    With an average gross that nice this should be a piece of cake?
    WRONG! The numbers above reflect many long hours and lots of happy customers. Take short cuts; provide inferior services or a vacation or two and your actual numbers will no doubt disappoint.

    How much time should I dedicate to my new license?
    Though most of us are far removed from our hunter gather ancestors, their words are truth. “The more time at the plow the better the harvest” A lot like your driver’s license, if you get it one day then stop driving the next, your skills will suffer, and you will not be a great driver. If you cannot dedicate the time needed to this, you will be wasting your money.

    I work from home, do I need a store front?
    No. The web has made our services easier than ever to provide. We have serviced clients as far as New York without personal contact. With wireless wifi, designers have been known to work while on vacation. Not advised if you want happy family members.

    I don’t have internet, what about me?
    Sooooo sorry for your situation. A brick & mortar location (storefront) or nearby coffee house may be your only hope. Please contact us for more information on a storefront license.

    What other licenses’ will I need?
    That depends on a few things. You may need a city license, applicable permits, Federal tax ID or SSN, to name a few. Contact your local city or county officials for any regulatory requirements. We may be able to assist you as well.

    I am 17yrs old can I purchase a license?
    Sorry, you will need to wait 12 more months. But stay in touch as we may find other options or internships at our corporate facility.
