Our clients needed to have business cards before Comic-Con, where they were showcasing some of their graphic novels. They needed an illustration for their publishing company Black Masks and Gasoline and some business cards that conveyed both a professional look and the aged feel of pulp fiction novels. We had a tight deadline of only a week and a half, but we knew their needs could be accomplished in that time frame.

Several sketches were created of gas masks and gasoline cans, from which one was selected as a final choice. Once the sketch was refined into an illustration, we designed up the cards with a worn paper texture and had them printed on 16 point matte paper with round corners. The cards were available on time and everyone loved them. Here's what Steve Brewer, President of Black Masks & Gasoline had to say:

"It is very tough to meet somebody for the first time and convey to them the concept you have for your business and to ask them to develop a logo that fits within that concept. Attraction did just that, and on the first try! They did an amazing job of putting my dream on paper. Thanks guys!"
